Beef Noodles

1919 Lanzhou Beef Noodle has a 100-year history. One of the oldest beef noodle soups is the Lanzhou lamian 兰州拉面 or Lanzhou beef noodle soup which was created by the Hui people of northwest China during the Tang dynasty.

What I like about it?

Lanzhou beef noodles consist of hand-pulled lamian noodles, and clear consommé broth made from stewed beef. It often uses qingzhen (halal) meat and contains no soy sauce.

Xi'An Food

Xi'an Famous Food makes some of the best noodles you might ever have the opportunity to taste! The mouthfeel is plump, yet chewy. Liang Pi (cold noodles), Biang Biang Mian (wide noodles), Pao Mo (bread soup), Rou Jia Mo (pork sandwich), Hot and Sour Lamb Dumplings, Lamb Skewers.
